Getting Started
Find a space and set it up for your reflection. Perhaps you’d like to clear the dining table, light a scented candle, and/or pour yourself a cup of hot tea?
Set a recurring time for your practice, e.g. once a week, once a day, etc. We won’t judge you if you need a digital reminder 😉
Keep your tools handy. Start with your favorite pen, or two. How about washi tape and/or decorative ephemera? Keep it all together so your tools are easily accessible and can be taken on the go.

Lavender After-Dinner Tea 🍵
2 tbs fresh or dried chamomile flowers, 2 tsps fresh or dried lavender flowers, 2 tsps fresh or dried peppermint, 3 cups boiling water
Combine the chamomile, lavender, and peppermint in a teapot or jar and pour the boiling water over them. Cover with a lid and let steep for 5 to 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
