Shipping–

• We offer flat rate shipping based on the quantity ordered. Our cards are shipped with USPS First Class and USPS Priority.
• When checking out, please make sure your email & shipping address are correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
• Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing after you have placed your order. We are a very small operation and handle all processing and shipping ourselves from our homes here in the Boston area.
• Transit within the U.S. can range from 1 to 10 business days.
• If you need to expedite your order, please select the expedited shipping option at checkout. Expedited items are shipped via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days)

International Shipping–

We're happy to ship international orders! Please email kate@ofnotestationers.com to inquire about international shipping costs.

Taxes–

A 6.25% sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within the state of Massachusetts.
 

Returns and Exchanges–

If you are not completely satisfied with your Of Note Stationers purchase you may return or exchange your item within 14 days. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the customer must pay shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging an item. Once your return is processed we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card.
